		<description>Well....although not a vegetarian...I really want to make this yummy recipe and start teaching my girls that not every meal needs meat.  My Catherine HATES meat and always mentions that she wishes I wouldn&#039;t cook with it...so HERE WE GO!  An adventure into vegetarian meals in the Harris House!  Thanks, Heather!</description>
